The prize offered by RW Travel and Events Limitedis:
- A trip for two people to Morocco on our five day High Atlas challenge. Return economy flights from London, UK for the winning entrant and a companion, subject to eligibility.The travel dates can be chosen by the winner but blackout dates will apply. Blackout dates include but are not restricted to peak travel seasons and school holidays.Should the winner chose to travel at such a time, RW Travel and Events Limited reserve the right to apply surcharges payable by the winner. A list of available dates can be provided to the winner upon request.
RW Travel and Events Limited reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative without any recompense for the winner.
The return economy flights from London to Marachech, Morocco will be on the airline and route of RW Travel and Events Limited’s sole discretion. Whilst the winner can request a certain airline, route, seat, and other options, ultimately the flight ticket provided is at RW Travel and Events Limited’s sole discretion.
The winner and their chosen companion must travel on the same trip, start date, and flight.
Any upgrade fees or additional charges (for example, baggage or date changes) will be at the cost of the winner.
Transport to and from a London airport is not included.
If the winner chooses to extend their time in Morocco beyond the tour end date, any difference in return fare will be at the winner's own expense and at the agreement of RW Travel and Events Limited.
Travel insurance, airport transfers, visas, spending money, optional activities, and other ancillary products are not included in the prize. It is the winner's responsibility to ensure they have adequate travel insurance coverage in place for the trip.
Extra nights, transfers, upgrades, food or activities not included in the trip itinerary will be at the winner’s own expense.
Successful applicants must be aged 18 or above at the time of travel.
The winners must be a citizen or resident of the United Kingdom or associated territories such as Jersey, Guernsey, or the Isle of Man.
The winners must be eligible to enter the destination and obtain any necessary visas. If the winners do not meet these requirements they will forfeit the prize.
Any Covid-19 entry restrictions or requirements, including but not limited to Covid-19 testing, quarantine, PCR testing, and vaccinations will be entirely the responsibility of the winners to adhere to. If the winners are not able to meet these entry requirements they will forfeit their prize.It is the winner's responsibility to adhere to any in-country restrictions regarding Covid-19.
If any portion of the prize is cancelled due to in-country Covid-19 restrictions, or other circumstances beyond RW Travel and Events Limited’s control, no alternative prize shall be offered.
If the winners cannot travel on the selected dates or to the destination, they will forfeit their prize.
The winners will provide a minimum of 25x images and 5x videos for use on RW Travel and Events Limited’s websites, blog pages, social media pages, marketing emails, press releases and any other marketing or press activities.
The winners grant RW Travel and Events Limited permission to share all content they create or obtain during the trip onRW Travel and Events Limited's marketing channels including but not limited to social media pages, brochures and the website.
Photos and video content must be provided by the winners no later than 4 weeks after their tour end date.

No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent or lesser value without giving notice.
The winners will be notified by social media and email or telephone within 30 days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The winners must book their trip to complete all travel before the 31st December 2023. If a winner does not secure their trip within this timeframe RW Travel and Events Limited reserves the right to withdraw the prize.
The winners will be selected at random by RW Travel and Events Limited, and the decision is final.
RW Travel and Events Limited's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
