Changes to our Privacy Policy
New changes to our Privacy Policy ensure that we are compliant with the new Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), and highlight our commitment to fair, legal, transparent and legitimate usage of personal data.
As you may have heard, a new EU data protection regulation (the General Data Protection Regulation, or 'GDPR') comes into force today, 25th May 2018. This new law gives EU residents and citizens much more control over their personal data.
We have updated our Privacy Policy to ensure that we are compliant with new data protection legislation. This Privacy Policy sets out, inter alia, what data we collect, why we collect it, how and how long we store it, our legal bases for handling it, and who we might share it with. It also lists your personal data rights, and your right to raise concerns with our Data Protection Officer (DPO).
We have set out some frequently asked questions below.
