ATOL is a scheme run by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). The scheme is designed to reassure consumers that their money is safe, and will provide assistance in the event of a travel company failure.

 

 

By law, every UK travel company which sells air holidays and flights is required to hold an Air Travel Organiser’s Licence (ATOL).

If a travel company with an ATOL ceases trading, the ATOL scheme protects customers who had booked holidays with the firm. It ensures they do not get stranded abroad or lose money.

The ATOL membership number for RW Travel & Events Ltd (of which Choose a Challenge is a trading name) is 10210.

In the extremely unlikely event that Choose a Challenge (RW Travel & Events Ltd) ceases trading whilst you have a booking with us, you will be able to claim money back from the CAA, through our ATOL. In this case, you will be able to make a claim here.
